Skiniks offers apartments for holiday rental in the ski resort of La Rosière in France. The ski area connects with that of La Thuile in Italy, with both areas known as the Espace St Bernardo which gives skiing on both sides of the Little St Bernard pass (the roads to the pass are closed in winter). As well as an extensive piste system, the Espace St Bernardo and the wider ski area offer significant off piste skiing and ski touring opportunities.

Other ski resorts are also within easy reach, especially by car – Les Arcs and La Plagne are on the other side of the valley to La Rosière and the Les Arcs villages (1600, 1800, 1950 and 2000) are accessible either by road, using the furnicular from Bourg St Maurice or by the Les Arcs chairlift system from Villaroger. The satellite villages, including Peisy, Nancroix and Les Coches, are accessible by road.

A number of other resorts, including Val d’Isère, Tignes, Ste Foy en Tarentaise, Méribel, Courchevel, Les Menuires, Val Thorens, St Martin-de-Belleville, Arêches and Les Contamines, are easily accessible for day skiing or visits. Courmayeur and other resorts in the Aosta Valley are accessible by public transport from la Thuile.

La Rosière also offers an extensive summer programme, including its own golf course, and there are numerous local festivals along the valley that can be visited. La Rosière and La Thuile also host a number of festivals each year.

As La Rosière is situated on a plateau (many ski resorts are in the bottom of a valley), it offers fanrastic, extensive views and also benefits from sunshine during most of the day, even during winter.
